I have read that also. But in this case the other aircraft involved should have some damages as well (reported as a Ceiba B738 one) unless it was just a wake turbulence.
A friend of mine flying in the area around 19:00 told me that according to the tower the Hawker was at FL350 overhead Dakar VOR and still continuing up to 40 NM before starting descent. They disappeared from the controller's radar around FL 325.
Sounds like a depressurization (like Helios)...
