Yes indeed, very sad for Jim and his wife Jenny, also considering they were both returning from their trip away entertaining the crowd at the airshow. He was due to continue on the airshow "circuit" this year in this aircraft which is a real shame. Jim is an absolute master craftsman of the highest order so there's no doubt that assuming it's possible he will have it back up and running as good as new if not better. Good luck Jim and great to see that you were unhurt. Not one to be beaten, Jim was managing the recovery of this fine aircraft this afternoon, ensuring that it wasn't further damaged.
