Morocco needs this two carriers to improve the tourism in the country....they don't care about pilots, and RAM will stay taking actual pilot's sons or daughters and mathes geniuses...So my unique way will be instructing or flying in Asian or African carriers....But never paying to get a job (I will never have the money to pay a Line Training 😃😃
What about RAM ATR's...all the staff are foreign as I know, overall F/O's
