Didn't realise it had to be renewed... Does anyone have a view on taking an FAA PPL instead of continuing on the foreign based license?
As far as I can see I have all the hours logged I would need (Do my previous UK based night hours and take-offs / landings count?). Hopefully it would just be a case of doing the written and a skills test, which sound like good practice anyway.
Am I missing something - I'm thinking this might be an easier route as I have no idea when I could get back to the UK to renew my PPL anyway.
