In those days the safety harnesses were not routinely (if at all) worn. I think on that aircraft, in the open, there was no suitable sky hook for it.
So does anyone know about the skyhooks PN mentioned? Many people have gone in search of such devices over many years, but I don't recall anyone ever finding them.
