EBS and EBV don't have a FCR at the moment. If one comes it will be a class 2 affair at either 7A or 7K. 7K is currently blocked out on international flights as a cabin crew rest seat.
QF Flight Ops is the meat in the sandwich in this. QF bought these 14 plus hour airframes and did not include a provision for a crew rest. After having just concluded an EBA, AIPA is in no mind to give relief on the restrictions of a class 2 crew rest to cover for the lack of foresight of upper management.
