Well, usually as a low time rookie one stands the "best" chances of getting the foot into the business in his home country. But it appears that you're a Russian citizen with a FAA license, which would mean that you'd either need to convert your FAA license into the respective Russian license (or maybe EASA?). Alternatively, in order to get competitive on the international market you need to build some time. But with 235tt only possibilities are pretty limited, "best chances" might be trying to get into bush flying, sightseeing flights, island hopping etc. Or go and get your FAA CFI that's usually the best way to built some time, but on the other hand there are only a few flight schools in the US which can issue a work visa for non US-citizens and it's limited for a certain period of time only.
