Not really? Lets asume they forgot to glue the rear rib to the upper shell in other words at 75% or less of designed strenght. It will take a while to break. how about a series of rescent hard landing cracking the first layers of the CF bottom fuselage shell? How about a damage history not properly repaired? If CF strands are damaged, the strenght is gone! Do you have any ideas how Giles are made? Im asking not to ne ugly..just a simple question. Lets not speculate w unfunded rumors or conspiracy theories! Wait for results !!! A 35000 cicle 787 is not any unsafer than a brand new right? There are no old aircraft! Just those maintained incorrectly otherwise lets go ahead and close all airport flying older thant 15 year old aircfraft tomorrrow..lots of Fibergalss and carbon fiber aircraft flying in the US for the las 30 years...every weekend during spring summer and fall in the us we have CF aircraft flying..Ron Holland just won the World Champion in Free Style again for the 3rd time in a row flying the same exact tail. .let,s not panick...I fly a Giles 202 six s/n earlier that Drew,s. I do have a vested interest to find out what happened more than anyone here..
