Other than the fact it was a BEA report, I agree. The slope of the fracture surface (angled forward from top to bottom) is opposite that of the BEA starboard side fracture line and bears no resemblance to the port side fracture line along which the tail on that other aircraft actually separated.

I think if I had a G202, I would be thinking about how to assure myself that the aft fuselage still had good structural integrity. How best to do that is the rub.

The NTSB recommendations should be interesting to a wide audience.
