For a reverse FedEx you don't actually have to go into the EGHQ as long as you have access to the Intranet (I know - that may mean doing it at the EGHQ after a flight but you don't have to wait until the FedEx office opens at 0700). Make sure it is an 'Economy' not 'Priority' shipping and Robert should be the brother of your mum. It may take a while to find the Reverse FedEx applications; it is deeply buried in the FOIP.
