I can see all 3 lasting, however I personally think you will see UA reducing the frequency from 2 to 1 x daily on the EWR.
United do well with fixed revenue and passengers by US based travel companies. I can't see a full reduction of second daily service perhaps it may become more peak focused but will be surprised if it's fully dropped.
