Four figures I expect you mean per day. Yes six figures per annum, no its not a scam or someone fishing, I have been in contact with them. Getting a couple of 412's on a dry lease is not that difficult. Since they already have an OC with rotory wing and fix wing it would be no problem putting new a/c on it. No, its not offshore as Iraq has no such coastline.
