True, but pax numbers are up 20% on last year and LCY is back to #1 for UK airport punctuality in Q2 (by my calculations anyway!). Western pier extension will help with crowding although it'll be another year or so until project is completed.
Really need the next London mayor to rescind Boris' decision on the proposed eastern development in order to continue growing without affecting performance and passenger experience.
