Instead of wasting time on this forum, spend some of your spare time researching public opinion - your assertion is incorrect and out of touch (and I wouldn't for one minute be so bold as to assume that the commission-status of TT with agents has anything to do with your opinion).
The only truth in your last post was the difficulty that small-fleet operators have in recovering from any disruption when compared to large-fleet operators. The incidence is low however and so shouldn't be a primary concern.
