Hi j636
Apologies, I was not very clear! I'm based in Australia and as such all traffic is TO Europe.
A large portion of our customers have a longer average stay in Europe and as such are flexible when it comes to their destination. Airlines commonly ask us to coax passengers to use certain flights or avoid certain cities. Pax often fly into Heathrow almost as a reflex. Airlines are keen to guide traffic to destinations whose loads are poorer rather than those where yields are higher.
In the case of EY, as an example, last year they asked us to avoid DUB as loads were very good. Earlier this year, DUB was singled out as required extra support.
