(I'm guessing) that the incredibly high elevations of Addis Abbaba (7656') and Mexico City (7316') might inhibit the 'hub busting' abilities that the 789 is being slated for.
Especially if QF decide to de-rate the donks like they did with the first few 787s for JQ
