I think the point is that Ryanair training is top notch as far as I know. Iran Air I think is reasonable to have at least a doubt regardless of racial, ethnic or other implications. I remember a carrier hiring a mass of subcontinent pilots to find out most their logbooks where fake. It is undeniable that are a lot of possible implication either you like or not. But as many say with a bit of luck even my grand could fly nowadays. My self I'm definetely not lucky and I'm forced to strive to try to be good...unfortunately.😃
