This sum of money is sufficient to see the CPO process through to the point where the Government appointed inspector pronounces on the price of the land.
Then and not before this remaining sum can and will be provided.
This initial sum is all that TDC need to start the CPO process and announce RiverOak as Indemnity Partners, and take the process up to the inspector's enquiry.
