@FlyGirlWorld Girls are treated the exact same as guys. No issues from what I've heard. You're treated with respect if you're a professional, competent pilot. There are captains from all over the world so there could always be one or two but that would be the case in any airline. They seem to put a fair amount of effort in the interview in determining whether you'd fit in with their culture and community so most seem to be fairly like minded people working here, despite the different backgrounds.
