I thought Gloag had sold the airport has this fallen through?
Ann Gloag appears to have loaned some money to Mr Cartner and Mr Musgrave to buy a part of the airport from her (even the Transport Select Committee are still waiting for an answer on that, as far as I know), but Ann Gloag is according to Company House still in overall control, together with her brother Brian Souter - ultimate parent company Highland Global Transport (Gloag Souter). The complete company structure needs a "flow-chart" to represent it.
