As HOR mentioned everyone has a different level of commitment. Frankly I've caught myself signing on early on occasion as well, it's easy to do when you're going to work 15 times or more a month. Do I all of sudden sit on the other side of the fence as you? I don't think so! What if the AoA rewords the directive and says within 10 minutes of sign on, does F10 automatically become a team player?
