That is the roster worked in UK and Middle East. One group in Brisbane worked something similar but with day shifts every few weeks (could be more these days). I am not a current employee but your rosters are based on a fatigue score maximum value and not less than 10 hours between (and some other technicalities). Afternoon, day, morning and back same night then 2 off was the traditional way of doing things.

Page 19 onwards refers to work hours. Create what ever you (they) want based on those rules.

In my opinion it is a bad idea having duty hours covered in the Enterprise Agreeement as they become a bargaining chip every 3 years. They should be contained in the Civil Aviation Regulations.
