Emirates (EK) Interview - all you need to know about it (threads merged)

So I sent in my application to EK last week. 5 days later I got an email inviting me to do the PSP in AMS in September. Does anyone here have an information on the PSP in AMS?

Also does anyone know any female pilots in EK? How do they get on there?
