Are available Full Flight Simulators opened to the general public?

Hi,
Since some years ago I'm watching some videos in youtube in which children of 7 years old, are flying a full flight simulator. I've compiled some of them, so you can take a look for yourself.

I'm wondering if there are training centers in which they are fine to open their simulators to the general public, paying, of course, the simulation time.

Also I'm wondering if could be feasible the idea about "selling" this kind of "trips" in an airline fashion, but for the general public. You buy the ticket to fly the simulator.

Those were children flying a full flight, but there are also a lot of videos in which non-pilots are flying full flights, for example these ones:

I'm wondering if some training centers worldwide would be okay with the idea about opening their facilities to allow the general public access the simulators paying the simulation time.

How this people got access to those simulators?
Perhaps are there any training centers allowing general public?

I'd appreciate any information about this.

Cheers
