My 'Management' was a headmistress with a speciality in history, she was appalled and frustrated in equal measure at the narrowness and blinkered approach of the National Curriculum. It is little wonder that the generations growing up today have such limited knowledge.
What's the expression? "Those who forget their history are condemned to commit the faults of the past!"
