I don't know. Do they need to tell the market as soon as they make a decision, or is it that they just can't tell anybody else before informing the market?
I've heard that Delivery positions are locked in (been hearing that for 6 months)
There must be a reason the LH EA is about the 787 and not a NEW TYPE (ie decision made long ago, just putting the pieces in place) and that the negotiators had to sign non disclosure statements.
I guess if the board says NO, somebody else can have them.
