I don't think the status of the pilot is relevent other than the fact that he was a current and experienced pilot who had visited Blackbushe before which beggars the question of why this pilot attempted to land with a VREF speed of 135 KTS when it should heave been 108 ? and even with the grossly excessive speed he attempted to land with 400 meters still left on the runway.
Any experienced mentally aware pilot would not do that so we have to look at his medical status at the time or another person flying the aircraft with little or no experience, a suicide attempt or Single Pilot overload? I have seen pilots overloaded go into brain freeze and act like zombies
