Once upgraded to first with Paula and Child. Sat with filthy bare feet on top of the seat in front of them disturbed other pax and allowed child to run freely annoying first class pax sharing the aroma of her filled nappy that they failed to do anything about.
2nd time threw a strop because he wasn't given an upgrade and then he and his hangers on proceeded to give hell to economy cabin crews. Made one stewardess cry he was so unpleasant.
