Narrow body captains in THY are enduring 100+ hour killer roster, flying to dodgy destinations in the middle of the night..fly, sleep, fly.. they don't have time to have any lifestyle bad or good.. therefore , as it has been happening for the last 4 years the attrition rate is very high and an exodus is about to be triggered by Ryanair as it did 4 years ago with Norwegian...
