Thanks for having the honesty to post that factual statement rather than make up a business connection between Ryanair and Sun Express that clearly doesn't exist . Terms and conditions apply means if you leave within 3 years you loose the deposit or pay the bond proportionally. Not free in other words . Most new Captains came via Sigma or direct application. Of course if Mcginlay offer to pay your type rating and leaving penalties it's a good deal. The facts are these agencies are short of candidates and are trying to gather a potential pool for the future.
