Aside from the strict restrictions they had (before this), many of their pilots were leaving. I don't know why this post is in this section of the forum (should be in the middle east section), but there are numerous posts about pilots leaving EK. And that hasnt changed for over 10 years (nearly when they started expanding). If you want to know why, look through the middle east section.
