A vast number of THY B737 expat skipper are applying to Ryanair. I think all having the right to leave in EU are either screening resigning or about to do so. .Salaries are falling in Turkey, life style is **** and 110 hours per month will kill you. Beside THY keeps meddling with seniority to impede or limit the transfer of expat to WB fleets. EU base fixed roster 4/5 its difficult to beat now that they offer permanent employment. THY seems not to worry as I hear of no changes at the horizon.. I just wonder who will fly their planes.
