A vast number of THY B737 expat skipper are applying to Ryanair. I think all having the right to leave in EU are either screening resigning or about to do so. .Salaries are falling in Turkey, life style is !!!! and 110 hours per month will kill you. Beside THY keeps meddling with seniority to impede or limit the transfer of expat to WB fleets. EU base fixed roster 4/5 its difficult to beat now that they offer permanent employment. THY seems not to worry as I hear of no changes at the horizon.. I just wonder who will fly their planes.
