Please review the requirements for DEC 737 with SXS. The type rating, is not paid by SXS it is paid by the applicant ( either cash or bank guarantee letter) and reduced over 3 years with pay backs in lump sums. If someone left after 12 months they would loose approximately 10,000 Euros plus have to pay the remainder of the contract bond ( its a complicated formula based on salary and months remaining on original contract )
