How does the aircraft dispatch with inoperative aileron actuator not listed in MEL?
The aircraft with ECAM indication F/CTL AIL SERVO FAULT may be dispatched under the provisions of MMEL 27-14-01/2/3/4 as applicable. For aileron hydraulic actuator see MEL 27-14-01/2/3/4 dtto.
