@Paxboy Not a new RM "wheeze", just a different flavour of managing distressed inventory.
Same as a produce market - you'll get special offers late in the day on stuff that the trader can't sell tomorrow.
At least he can sell his leftovers as swine fodder, whereas the airline can only sell it to staff.....
