Pilots generally only think of themselves and where they are now. Too many have said to me that they will not vote for it in their current rank as they are senior but they would vote for it in future ranks. Unfortunately, that is not the vote.
I will be very surprised if it arises on any fleet other than a potential new type.

It will be in for all ranks except CAPT 380/744 and possibly 380 F/O.
