Have to say I'm intrigued that the method of construction is being talked about when, as far as am aware, MAG hasn't even appointed the design team yet that will do the detailed design work. Until a building is designed, you're generally not in a position to confirm how it will be built...The deadline for tenders for provision of design services only closed at the start of July, so it will be some weeks before a team is appointed?
