What Lax_LHR has written is very similar to what I understand to be the case except I've seen a timeframe that doesn't see T1 go until 2030 so it's extrapolated from his timeframe. Not saying either is 'right', probably produced at different times and things evolve.
In general it sounds good though and we'll see the big extension towards the M56 with the first new pier in only a few years.
