CPDLC LOA
Can anyone point me in the right direction concerning this situation:

1. FAA airplane, part 91 ops.
2. ADSB approved and equipped, LOA issued.
3. Crew is CPDLC trained and endorsed.

Does it require CPDLC LOA to legally use CPDLC?
