Is it just me, or is Air NZ becoming rather sleezy in some of it's ticketing procedures. Lots of so called cheap fares one way only, most people would wish to return to their departure airport, quite substantial extra charges per sector for booking on line, etc.
Surely our national carrier can & should do much better, for me anyway, no way my first choice for international air travel. Did this sort of thing go on when Rob Fyfe was CEO?
