I don't speak with any real authority but the VC10 hasn't had a recent repaint. It was "freshened up" for a TV commercial some time ago but hasn't had any major work done since. You may be confusing it with the BAC 1-11 which was repainted earlier this year and now looks very good. The Herald is progressing and has a blue fuselage (Air UK ?)
