Yes I think it does.
If I was an airline wanting to fly into SEN I would want to know the following in relation to the airfield.
1. What is the master plan and investment. Every other airport issues a master plan.
2. Why has it taken 2 years to rectify the issue.
3. How will my operation and OTP be safeguarded.
4. Is the airfield compliant with the CAA/EASA regs. ( at the moment Taxiway Bravo and Charlie are not as the PCN is well below standard or was 2 years ago !
Without these answers if I was an airline executive I would not touch SEN with a barge pole.
