AJ gets away with it again
Qantas had claimed Ms Holdforth's Fighting Words contained confidential information that would damage the airline. Ms Holdforth and her supporters were not present in court on Monday.
About 18 copies of the manuscript were distributed to her friends, colleagues and book publishers.
After Qantas launched legal action last month, the Supreme Court imposed an interim injunction on the manuscript and gave Ms Holdforth several days to hand over the names and addresses of everyone who had a copy of the work.
Several days... Hmmm.
Perhaps we HAVEN'T heard the last of this.
