pr 330. Infact it is mandatory to practice and be endorsed during the Proficiency checks.I do not know where did you get the idea that these can not be simulated. Yes in military we did actual super stall and recovery in delta winged fighters like Mig 21s. But you can not do that in big civil airliners. But the test pilots in prototypes do that.
