What if the hours flown for the issue of an LAPL were dual and supervised solo with an Instructor that holds an FI Rating gained without holding the CPL written exams?
Such an FI can't instruct towards EASA PPL, does that mean those LAPL hours could not be used toward the issue of a PPL?
