Is it an unlikely scenario?

Aside from potential 'kudos' on paper from having more based aircraft, so long as the overall pax numbers remain constant or grow would Stobart care?

Such a move could bring benefits - city routes operated from overseas would tie in better with the trains making them more attractive (based on experience there are few pax from beach flights catching the train compared to city routes). There would likely be a more balanced flow to movements instead of short busy bursts of activity followed by emptiness so staff resources can be used more efficiently. Staff costs are lower overseas for EZY - FR went sown this path at STN previously.
