So, thanks clear.right for putting up the link. As mentioned, it's a bit of a read, but Erika makes some great points. Also, if you have a little extra time, click over to the site and check out the comments thread. I had to read through all of them (part of the approval process), and there are some pretty interesting perspectives peppered throughout there as well.
Interestingly, though, it seems like most people agree there is a big problem with the way airline pilots are treated, and that changes need to be made.
