Not that it will make much difference but I'm on Win7 & it's the same for
IE11 & Firefox.
Copy what you want to quote, hit reply button, paste your copy into reply form, highlight the copied quote and click on the note symbol at the top. Won´t work on IE11 so I went back to IE9.
