It appears that the F-16 pilot has been found.

From the Berkeley County EMS channel 'tell other units to slow their runs, the pilot is Cat 3.'

He will be transported to Shaw AFB according to the radio discussion.

Some better news, it now appears that the 'no transport' and 'Cat 3' call means the pilot was unhurt, not deceased as I first incorrectly surmised!
