I have asked about this in another forum, inhabited by a lot of BAA guys, and they say - ' You are unlikely to find in the UK AIP what aircraft fit on what stands at UK airports, possibly one or two of the smaller airports but complex ones, no.
Stands are invariably delimited by edge markings, which are readily visible on Google Earth. It's not difficult to use GE to determine their dimensions and thereby get a pretty good idea of what aircraft codes they are intended for.
